Awesome video! I look forward to seeing what comes next and thank you for all of the content you create.
Good stuff April! Love the outtakes!
As a complete amateur, I found that extremely helpful.
I really liked this and especially the fast retrieve.I would like to ask what weight rod and line size is used in the video? Thanks and keep the videos coming.
That was awesome ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»πππππ
The loop at 09:04……… . I don't know if this is worth anything but on long casts I like to lower the tip as the line falls. That way as the line speed decreases it does not have to pull line up and out of the rod tip. I also like to throw line back towards the stripping guide after the final haul getting the line on the ground moving so it takes less energy to lift it off the ground.
Fantastic tips, I particularly like the tip to do rolly Polly under your left arm so you can grab the rod with your right once the fish is hooked. This should help me with my muskie fishing, thanks.
That was really helpful. Thanks a lot April
Often when I am fishing with a someone they ask how I get line out so quickly without false casting? It was really apparent in this video that you feed line out on the back cast and haul it forward . For me it reduces the false cast and gets your fly to the fish before it gone . Nice job π
I have been fly fishing for almost 20 years and up until today, I have never had someone point out a few of the keys that I saw on this vid! This was great! π
